  I am the owner of The Eco Floor Store. I pay the bills, and manage my staff effectively. I am a field estimator, project coordinator and site supervisor for all of my sub trades. I liaise with customers, builders, architects, designers and promote my business in the local community by supporting various programs and youth activities. I care about the environment and what we put into our bodies. The material you put into your house is important to me and that's why everything in my store is eco-friendly.   As a Product Manager, I'm responsible for the development, review and deployment of our EVOKE Laminate and SURGE waterproof flooring collections into the US and Canadian marketplace through our extensive dealer network. I conduct factory visits with our mill partners around the globe while constantly working with our brand, sales and compliance teams to R&D new competitive flooring products to launch to our customers. I am responsible for the handling of flooring claims for Western Canada. My role is to identify areas for development and assist in training and education with our sales reps and dealers. Where and when required, I determine causes for common flooring failures and educate installers on the proper methods for successful installation of our products.
