  Program Manager

  I work in a newly created position with the MS Teams Technical Adoption Program (TAP) where I act as a liaison, evangelist, subject matter expert, and advocate for the Mac user base. I have spun up a manual reporting system to fill knowledge gaps in the state of the Mac community and I am now working with our developers to automate and expand this reporting. Using this data, I have begun both broad and targeted reaching out to the Mac community to understand their needs, perceptions, and attitudes and to bring this information and context back to the PM and engineering teams to help shape the face of MS teams for the Mac community.
