Show less Responsibilities: - Alignment and delivery of training priorities to the business strategy, from project conception, content creation through communications, and hosting major sales events. - Design and deliver content, standards & materials for a sales force of over 1500 Sales Leaders in Serbia & Montenegro. - Change management and roll-out key initiatives, and hosting associated events.Key Achievements: - Co-designed an Aspiring Sales Leadership academy with the Central Europe Head of talent and GM including a HiPO sales leadership acceleration program and overall sales leadership program for over 75 leaders across 15 markets. - Designed, Setup & delivered leadership, people & business skills academy for five markets, covering the end-to-end sales journey with the successful outcome of across region process alignment, and merger of two business entities into one effective entity. Drove the project from concept to practical application for 15 senior leaders, including the business case for senior leadership, selection of talent, communication, engagement, and change management activities. This program was integral for the successful merger of the two regions. - Received the business award for Innovation Oct 2014.
