      Responsibilities & AchievementBusiness Development:1.Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals, attend business events to increase brand awareness and professional network ,as well as to find potential business opportunities;2.Participate in formulating business strategies according to group needs,as well as take part in the planning and implementation of the company's business development projects;3.Accurate positioning of market demand, sorting out different customer needs;Attends business networking events and exhibitions to develop new channels for seeking potential clients;4.Perform sales and marketing activities ,including ad-hoc and special projects; assist in the implementation of company sales and promotion plans as needed;5.Group internal and external customer business reception and important meetings business negotiations. Sales Performance:1.Identify ,research and contact prospects using all available means including cold-calling, direct mail, face to face meetings and more in order to solicit sales; Identify the expectations and needs of the prospect and prepare commercial proposals accordingly;2.Sales of high value products and provides high value service to clients, actively identifying product information to the customer company and explain product functions and benefits; Take full responsible for follow through post-sale with client ;3.Drive high level conversion of all services through effectively following the sales process, ultimately resulting in a positive impact to the company's profitability;4.Meet or exceed the sales targets/metrics,such as revenue targets ,deal volumes and conversion ratios for KPI's; By far have been cooperated with nearly 600 institutions and enterprises.
