    20+ years of experience in the digital marketing and new age communication space, having learnt through hands on experience across all disciplines (Digital & Brand Planning, Social Media, Media, Search, Mobile Marketing, UI & UX, ORM) . Roles have varied from sales & marketing to account management , digital, social, integrated planning and strategy including media. Additionally, have significant depth of exposure in CRM, Direct Marketing and B2B and have led and managed some of the biggest loyalty programs in the country. Have held leadership positions in both business and functional roles in addition to being a SPOC for driving digitization internally as well as with a host of client partners. Developed and executed a host of award winning industry first interventions for multiple clients across industries with many evolving to be a standard with respect to communications and outreach. Recognized as an established thought leader in the space and as someone who has contributed to the evolution of digital within the country.
