The unit provided a streamlined communication matrix and online tracking system with dedicated staff integrated into the structure across the organisation.Quality assessment product and professionally developed teachers facilitated a responsive service, the service was branded and marketed specifically and the organisation reported increased RPL revenue and client satisfaction.
