Show less Saudi Scholarship for Developing Football Talent (SSDFT) is a high-performance center located in Spain, where Saudi Arabia's best young footballers are trained and developed. The purpose of the program is to prepare these players for the demands of elite European soccer - creating future stars of the sport capable of competing on a global level. I joined the project to be the partner on the ground in the development and fulfillment of operations and to work as deputy to the CFO, overseeing and monitoring that all activity was within the budget allocated by the ministry as well as generating and maintaining relationships with our main stakeholders: suppliers, clubs, administration and/or representation agencies.In these first seasons, a training center has been created where more than 25 Saudi soccer players have been able to develop their talent under the supervision of an international coaching staff of more than 20 people, using state-of-the-art technological tools.
