  Considering leaders and managers as ones who have influence and power in business environments, brings a passion to focus on growth programs for this target group. About a month ago, in the Ecole Emkan design team, the 2nd program event of "Asbe-Abnoos" (اسب آبنوس) (according to an ancient and rich story in Persian literature) was designed to address the physical and mental health of leaders. My main role is a product project manager, but also executing the program as an event manager and coordinating with all partners.The first program was held 6 months ago with 12 leaders from various industries and a notable psychiatrist as a mentor.
