  My main focus in this position was sales and service for the 2018 U.S. Figure Skating Championships. My other duties were cold calling and personal prospecting to sell group outings for other events that the SAP Center hosted (WWE, Bellator MMA, Harlem Globetrotters, Disney on Ice, San Jose Sharks/Barracuda games etc.) These groups consisted of schools, business entertainment, and birthdays to name a few. This position consisted of making 100+ cold calls daily, while personal prospecting to sell San Jose Sharks and Barracuda ticket packages. I also assisted with game day operations, such as working a sales table on the concourse and servicing group experiences I sold.
