      Project managed the development and testing of a new steel for a key component in Constant Velocity Joint applications. Developed new metallurgical standards for case carburising and ran workshops in Europe and North America taking the plant teams through the new standards.

      Developing the next generation of BEV & PHEV high voltage batteries to support JLR's drive towards electrification. Responsible for the power supply system & energy storage commodity delivery into 9 vehicle nameplates on the D7u & MLA platforms with high focus on 18MY PHEV. Engineering manager developing and delivering all starter motor, alternator, BISG & low voltage battery commodities into all JLR vehicle lines. Extensive supplier engagement including sourcing & technical issue resolution. Key member of the team that designed and delivered the electrical system into the first generation Range Rover Evoque. Developed and ran quality operating processes within the engineering function. Qualified as Black Belt and mentored Green Belts as well as delivering Green Belt training courses. Electrical Distribution Systems component engineer developing commodity specifications and delivering components into vehicle programs. End of Life Vehicle champion - responsible in ensuring that all commodities released by the Electrical Department met the ELV legislation requirements.
