I gained hands-onexperience in school administration, learning about financial management, budgeting, and resourceallocation from the Business Manager. Shadowing the Admissions Officer provided insights intofront-line operations like communication protocols and visitor management. This experiencedeepened my understanding of the complexities of running an educational institution andhighlighted the dedication of the staff at Whitehall Infant School. The skills sessions were particularly valuable, as they helped me develop both personal and professional skills essential for future applications and the workplace.
