  Operations and Business Manager with responsibility for Leeds City Council's print, signs, mailing and document production facilities.This included operational and budgetary management of a traded service that supported the print, mail and signage requirements of all the directorates within the authority and external client networks.As a solutions and facilities service my operations remit oversaw project management, design, print, document production, booklet making, print finishing, mailing fulfilment, display graphics, posters, banners and signage solutions.The facility was one of the first in the UK to be accredited to BS EN 12899 in the printing, manufacture and installation of traffic signage.
