      Job Profile: Quality Assurance: Ensuring delivery of quality in services rendered is best in class in the area of my operations by scheduled processes, manpower and material audits and closures of the same is my forte. Infrastructure transition & Maintenance: I am accountable for quality review audits, framing facilities related services planning & new asset inventory management. I was responsible for taking over large number of blocks under accommodation wing & energizing them for occupation and post which formulated an effective preventive maintenance schedule based on historical occupancy pattern that was widely accepted, appreciated and replicated. Laundry Management: I am managing one of the biggest laundry in India which has a capacity of upto 10 tons of laundry per day. this includes people management at laundry and maintenance of the imported Girbau machines from spain. Visitor & Event Management: Delivering end to end solutions to all Infosys guests visiting Mysore Development Center & managing VIP visits & Heads of State is my core strength. This encompasses preparing extensive dynamic check list, designing agenda & coordinating with all relevant stake holders like vendors, customers etc...& ensuring quality deliverance. Vendor Management & Training: I am an integral part of vendor selection & their welfare schemes. I am involved in recruitment and ensuring compliance on statutory requirements by facilitating constant audits.
