      Project Management and commercial consultancy of a wide portfolio of large & global IT outsourcing projects This involved concurrently managing support for 5-8 outsourcing deals valuing from $2m+- $500m and spanning 2 to 18 months. Working with multiple bid teams on commercial strategies providing solution models for major Infrastructure outsourcing deals. As a Bid Technical solutioner I designed the commercial business office which ran the account and consulted on set up and transition from the existing operational processes to the Global IBM processes. This involved detailed resource & cost models, feeding into RFI/RFP client responses, providing contract markups/redlining, contract mitigation plans, seeking internal approvals on deviations to the risk models, and acting as SME on Commercial management area to multiple internal and client teams.
