  An experienced head butler and trainer Jeffrey Fair primarily works as a Private Residence Consultant. Possessing a vast knowledge of dynamic households and estates Mr Fair bridges the all too common communication divide existing between principles and their staff. Beyond that Mr Fair always looks to further his knowledge and professional development on private estates and internationally for clients on a short term or rolling basis. Mr Fair possesses familiarity with the shooting season, large international events, and private Royal occasions. He happily offers his services for bespoke events and households requiring a touch of extra refinement and experience anywhere in the world.Current and recent projects include:- Regular visits to an estate in Berkshire working closely with the Estate Manager, House Manager and Chef before, after, and during visits. Create and update household inventory lists. Check consumable stock levels and make necessary purchases to maintain. Evaluate and slowly update the properties existing technologies to suit today's demands. - Acting as a House Manager, travel to Morocco to train and assist local staff. Ensure the level of service and cleanliness meets the expectations of the Western principles when in residence.- Four months as head butler on a large estate for the shooting season. The shoots took place every weekend and had a constant turnaround of guests. Part of the instruction was to oversee and train the permanent Butler as there were issues. The issues were resolved during the season and he confidently oversaw a busy Christmas / New Year period. A well received project, providing all aspects of service in this traditionally run property and have been asked to consider returning for the 2020 season. Show less
