2018 Innovation & Excellence Award Honorable Mention - Blackmore Drain Michigan Association of County Drain Commissioners Jan 2018 I was part of the design team for this award winning project. We had great partners at the City, County, and State level which allowed this project to happen. The design addressed a chronic flooding issue on a major commercial corridor in Battle Creek, provides for stormwater treatment, and restored the channel downstream of the 66" outlet to the Blackmore Drain.

ACEC Emerging Leaders Program Class of 2017 American Council of Engineering Companies Dec 2017 Through five intense training days, my class of 21 young company leaders was able to learn about key skills as we advance in our careers in our respective engineering companies. We learned that listening and communication are key skills which apply to everything we do related to delivering projects and leading an effective team. It was very challenging but rewarding. One of the best benefits was the opportunity to meet peers and discuss challenges and opportunities.
