  Practical vacation work

  As part of my studies, practical vacation work was required. During this time I assisted the maintenance crew with repair jobs on factory floor. Some of the practical skills learnt were the basics of surface grinding, milling, using a lathe and welding.

  At Emizen, I completed my second set of required vacation work experience. I was required to complete an individual project. At Emizen, I assisted with creating enclosure designs in Autodesk Fusion 360.

  I provided assistance with marking of scripts and also helping students during tutorial session for the Mecn 3012 course at University of the Witwatersrand.
