  As the Information Team Lead, I managed a team of 10 Subject Matter Experts that were in charge of content management for our internal knowledge base (created in Sharepoint). During my time in this position, I orchestrated two major projects that changed the way call center agents were able to access information.The first project involved optimizing all of the SEO settings that were neglected by previous employees. We added meta tags, descriptions, and friendly-urls for over 700 pages.The second project involved several usability studies and a complete architectural redesign for our site. With the results from the usability testing, we decided to reorganize our table of contents, thus improving usability for 1,000 call center agents. Show less

  Project Management web app built in AngularJS, NodeJS, and Postgresql.I have a friend who was struggling to keep track of customer and invoice information for her Interior Design business. I decided to create an app that solved that issue for her. - I focused on keeping the app mobile friendly with the end goal of turning it in to an iOS app for her to use on the job.- I won "Best Business Solution" after presenting my project to the Staff at DevMountain.

  During my time at Frost Orthodontics, I focused on optimizing every aspect of the practice in order to help it grow. I revamped the practice's digital presence by building a new website optimized for lead capture, developing an effective social media strategy, and implementing an effective digital marketing strategy that created consistent new patient phone calls. Once the practice started seeing results from their marketing efforts, I focused on optimizing the office culture and patient experience to elevate the brand. In order to help the office scale with the growth, I helped develop and run a hiring process designed around Dr. Frost's core values. During my time there, I interviewed hundreds of applicants and grew the team from 18 to over 30, all without sacrificing the positive culture. I also helped develop an internal onboarding process with a custom video training manual, which decreased onboarding time over 50%. With that experience, I took what I learned and started Smile Connect Marketing, a digital marketing and practice growth agency.
