  Responsible for execution of Rigid and Flexible pavement work as per the design/Drawing. Prepare Work Program/ C P M to submit the client for starting the work as per scope mentioned in theCA Site Visit with client for finding the circuital scope of the work which is not mentioned in the agreement andresolve the same with client for fast execution. Managing the Machinery & Manpower, and Material procurement for the project. Preparing the Budget / Estimation for Sub-Contractor, Finalized the Vendors and preparing the Client Bill andvariation orders as per extra scope of work at site. Coordinate with the client for day to day activities attending the meeting (MOM) regarding the project. Contractual correspondence with client regarding project on time to time. Coordinate with the government design consultant for design for GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, DBM, BM and DAC tomeet the necessary requirement as per MORTH and Technical Specification mention in the Agreement. Finalized the FRL, L-Section, Plan & profile with the client and get the approval for site execution. Prepare Project Presentation, Progress report to submit to the high authorities and attend the regular meetingwith client to update the progress and take the decision accordingly if any required. Achieved the target set by higher authorizes for completion of milestone/ phase as mention in the agreementon time and submit the daily progress report. Finding the critical activities as per site condition and get it resolved within the time required and fullyauthorized for making the decision in the favor of the progress and project to the team. Finding extra scope of work which is not mentioned in the agreement and get the approval for execution andbilling purpose. Liaisoning with Government security team i.e. Indian Air force, CISF and Airport Security for smoothlyfunctional of making the entry / Exist defense passes for manpower and machinery.
