Work closely with account managers on new sales opportunities and strategies on protecting and growing the Immunoassay and Chemistry business. Responsibilities include territory sales and management of diagnostic laboratory capital equipment and reagent sales for Chemistry, Hematology, Molecular Diagnostics, Immunoassay, Point of Care, Blood Glucose and Blood Gas sciences. Establish relationships and maintain communication with pathologists, laboratory staff, physicians, surgeons and nursing staff in hospital laboratory, cardiac surgery, cardiac cath lab, critical care units and physician practices. Responsibilities include implementation and management of clinical laboratory equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer training and continuing education. Design and performance of clinical workshops, training sessions and continuing education programs. Instruction and development of troubleshooting and documentation skills utilizing QSR, GMP, CAP, JCAHO and state regulations and guidelines.
