  Santander Bank Argentina - September 2019 - January 2020.I fulfilled the role as Project Manager JR. in a joint project between the Bank and a very important payment processing company in Argentina. The project had the objective of creating a new Company within the Bank with the target of accessing a market unexplored by the Bank. This project involved the creation of a 100% digital financial company, targeting the low income sector of the Argentinian economy. ICBC Bank Argentina - April 2018 - July 2019.I performed the role of a Process Engineering Analyst. My main tasks were to update and create new procedure manuals and processes. These often involved financial products, legal procedures and insurance. I used the tool ARIS to perform this tasks. I was also in charge of presenting the new procedures, other procedure proposals and improvement opportunities in meetings with related sectors and other designated approvers.I was also in charge of implementing the approved changes, either by creating training manuals, providing onsite support and explaining the changes to the personnel.
