  As an Associate Market Manager, I work with a portfolio of over 280 lodging supply partners in the New Orleans area as a sales and revenue consultant. I develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant market insights and consulting services, assisting partners with leveraging Expedia platform tools to maximize their room nights and revenue. In this role, I was responsible for creating a methodology that identified drivers of customer satisfaction from text survey responses using natural language processing, emotion analysis, and statistical sizing techniques.
