  • Provides a technical training in the higher level such as Certified Diagnosis Technician.• Provides a non-technical training in the higher level such as Certified Service Advisor. • Carry out all kind of behaviour , customer orientation, management, process and sales training • Carry out trainer qualification training for the local new trainers (TQLL).• Certify 41 Service Advisors, 21 Sales Consultancies, 11 Diagnostic Technicians and 10 C-Managers.• Carry out a lot of electrical technical training and telematics training• Carry out a technical training in the 4-cylinder, 6 cylinder and 8 cylinder petrol engines• Carry out technical transmission training in the 7G-tronic and DCT 7-speed transmission.• Carry out a technical training for the new assistance systems. • Carry out a lot of market launching training for the new products.• Work closely with the German sales trainer during the C-Sales training.• Gain and update my technical knowledge by attending all technical training at GT and utilizing AKUBIS Direct broadcasting, CBT and the E-training. • Attend and gain the last update of C-Sales 2.0, C-SA 4.0 and CDT TtT in 2015 in Stuttgart. • Implement & develop the local annual training plan. • Documentation / organization of the training handouts, training models / media, special tools / equipment.
