As the Historian/Social Media Chair for CCASA, I was responsible for posting about upcoming events for the members, marketing of the bake sales, and recording the events for future prosperity. As the Historian/Social Media Chair for CCASA, I was responsible for posting about upcoming events for the members, marketing of the bake sales, and recording the events for future prosperity. As the Co-President of CCASA, it was my responsibility to promote the association by speaking to classes for recruitment, planning and organizing all association events, creating a budget for the association and overseeing the implementation of the budget and financials throughout the year, baking and preparing items for the bake sales, ordering items for the events, and working with both Valencia College and UCF on coordination of the bake sales. I also helped plan the yearly association trip to the National Restaurant Association food show in Chicago. Show less
