  Explored about how deep learning models are used in cancer genomics. Successfully created a deep learning model with Tensorflow to automate the process of mapping Cancer Cells to Cancer Cell lines and Cancer Types using a Pan-Cancer Single Cell RNA Sequencing data. Further explored about fitness of a cancer cell and its relevancy with important cell pathways. Looking forward to exploit the intratumor heterogeneity of cells.

  Several of the projects I have worked & explored included,1) Developing automated scripts for ML / DL pipelines scalable on GPU platform.2) Convolutional Autoencoder for Histopathology Analysis, followed by Unsupervised Clustering approach.3) Autoencoder for Survival analysis in HNSC. 4) SVD based orthogonal linear transformation for clustering analysis.5) Graph Attention Networks for Biomarker Identificaiton I have to Structure Deep Learning Projects based on the study,data & hypothesis provided by my fellow Associates. Primary research interest of my team lies in exploring biomedical genomics data like histopathology images, transcriptomics, Proteomics data & based on the study & the work done by my fellow associates : to classify or detect an important aspect from those data in a traditional/tedious way, I have to figure out a way to automate the process with the help of Deep Learning.
