  I am currently responsible for managing customers in Ireland and Europe. My responsibilities include building initial relationships with current and potential clients through presentations and workshops to support contract negotiations. I deal with new business, major account management, and strategic partnerships, incorporating resellers, third parties, and brokers. At the same time, I am also developing a smooth sales process from the start of client engagement to product delivery. I manage a portfolio of key accounts, both new and existing, with multi-layered and complex contracts. As a Credit Analyst on the Operations Team, my role is to assess credit risk for all B2B products and services, implement management controls, report risk performance to management, work to resolve credit issues, and initiate process improvements to simplify and improve productivity.Using financial statements, I independently determine the financial condition of customers and decide on credit limit recommendations for large-value customers. Additionally, I provided comprehensive Credit Manager Reports and Ledger Profiling for use in underwriting, claims analysis, fraud investigation, and supporting risk decisions. I started as a customer service officer, handling inbound and outbound calls to SMEs, Banks, Building societies, Credit Unions, Credit Insurers, and various other sectors. My responsibilities included managing complaints, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. I worked cross-departmentally to identify trends and issues and develop cross-departmental relationships. I was in charge of entering financial information on Irish businesses obtained from the CRO daily. I also ensured the quality control of this information and worked on developing and improving the processes needed to keep the information as up-to-date as possible. Show less
