  The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a 3-year scheme designed to prepare graduates for business leadership roles. The programme consists of a number of placements within and across functions, formal training, business mentorship and a short experience in field sales.My personal experience is at below:+Jul 2022-Jul 2023 (1 year based in Unilever Singapore Campus): International short term assignment in Unilever Singapore as Global Procurement Finance Business Partner. Help to alert Unilever businesses in different parts of the world of the inflation forecast and together navigate through high-inflation period after Covid. +Aug 2021 - Jun 2022 (1 year): -Work in Finance Controlling team via 10 projects in different team from Account Receivables, Account Payables to General Ledger team with the goals of bring more automation to simplify process. -Additionally, work as Project Manager for a Legal Compliance Project that change the billing process of the company in Covid period. Due to its importance and urgency, this project involves lots of high-level stakeholders from 5 functions. The project is delivered in 3 months (1 month ahead of deadline) and with no hiccups to day-to-day operation.+Nov 2020 - August 2021 (1 year): Work as Finance Business Partner for Foods Category. Help drive the tremendous growth of the category in H1 2021 while delivering profit ambition in the period of extreme war game with local competitors.+Sep 2020 - Nov 2020 (3 months): Work in Promotion Simplification Project to optimize Promotion process in all Unilever categories and being Finance Business Partner for Net Revenue Management Team - operationalize Net Revenue Management Theory and expand the concepts to all categories.+Jul 2020 - Sep 2020 (3 months): Working as real salesman in a distributor of Unilever and in Bach Hoa Xanh Minimart - a Retailer model with highest growth in Vietnam Zobrazit méně
