  At EPM Ltd I have an ever-growing portfolio of 40 schools (currently). For these schools, I provide an administrative service, processing their staff changes and sending out the documentation to match this. I answer telephone and email queries about a range of HR principles ranging from start date queries for teaching staff to how to begin with procedures (e.g. disciplinary etc.).I visit my schools to advise them in meetings about their HR policies.   I have recently started as the PA to the Principal at Stamford Welland Academy. This role also encompasses the HR and PR for the Academy and is a role central to the management of employees within the School.Stamford itself is part of the Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust and my role will require me to work closely with the Trust and to encourage the relationship between employees of the School with the Trust.
