  Large Power Systems Division | Air Systems | Sequential Turbocharging ValvesDesign Control responsibilities for all systems and components associated with Sequential Turbocharging Valves on C32B and 3500 engine applications. Responsibilities started in September 2017 while in the prior role, and expanded to become lead engineer and Subject Matter Expert (SME).• Developed Sequential Valve technology from NTI to GW6, including requirements definition, concepting, technology demonstration, simulation, design down-select, bench and on-engine validation, supplier selection and collaboration, and production implementation. • Managed all aspects of over 80 sub-projects related to NPI issues, resourcing, cost reduction, assurance of supply, and manufacturing capability development. • Led and resolved 21 NPI issues, and contributed as SME for the resolution of 9 additional NPI issues. • Provided work direction and SME guidance for up to 3 off-site engineers and 1 on-site engineer.
