  1. Prepare draft, scan, upload, register, and transmit, supersede, if required various types of submittals such as shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, calculations, and requests for information into the Electronic Document System-Aconex 2. Store and maintain company documents in both electronic and physical forms.3. Prepare letters and transmittals as per the standard document numbering system. 4. Keep records of project details, technical specifications, IFC drawings, shop drawings, As-Builtdrawings, operation and maintenance manuals, NCR, material submittals, request for information (RFI), Prequalification and Method statement.5. Responsible for all project documents, transmittals, and submittals and ensures proper distribution. Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.6. Tracking all technical and Non-technical documents and providing status updates on a regular basis, by updating the Document control register.7. Preparation of graphical monitoring results of the recorded data from the site for various Geotechnical monitoring instruments to manage the construction in a safe and controlled manner.8. Online web data analysis of instruments for the spontaneous check to safeguard long-term behavior of buildings and other structures during construction and other site activities which are recorded on time.9. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports based on monitoring of installed instructions to enhance safety factors at the site.10. Monitor all Survey measurements through Terramove and Terraweb software.11. Worked flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts.12. Proved successful working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced atmosphere.13. Maintained excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time.14.
