      Enabling agile teams to perform in the real world As a consultant I have worked with agile transformations at a number of large public and private organisations, where I supported their journey from the organisation design through to the coaching of individual agile teams. On top of the agile transformation work, I have also acted as Scrum Master on multiple agile teams. When working with agile teams my biggest strange and satisfaction is to be able to bridge the gap between the agile text book theory and the reality faced by the individual agile team, to enable high performance in the real world. Delivering digital solutions that makes a difference From specifying requirements over solution design to quality assurance. The common theme for me, when working with digital solutions is to always keep the user, top of mind. When developing digital solutions, I do not believe it is not enough to build the solution right, it needs to be the right solution. As a consultant I have helped numerous Scandinavian companies deliver a range of different digital solutions, from mobile banking apps, over an online accounting platform to ERP systems. On top of a deep understanding of the process from idea to digital product, this experience has taught me how to navigate and get things done in large international organisations. Extracting value from data From basic everyday excel-gymnastics to more advanced analytical endeavours, I love when I get the chance to get my hands dirty, working with data. While I have never had the chance to work as a dedicated data scientist, I do jump at every chance I get to work in this space, both on and off the clock. Using my analytical skillset and my business understanding, I excel at extracting hidden insights from complex data, and communicating these via impactful visualisations. Vis mindre
