Shortlist Cv’s, telephonic screening/ receive applications from internal staff Send shortlist to the line managers for the to shortlist for interviews Set up interview dates and arrange interview times, arrange walk in access with security and reception Receive feedback from interviewer and forward feedback to the agencies/ successful candidate Type regret letters and HR Manager signs to authorise Forward final list of trainees to relevant parties (Contact Centre Management, HR, Building Manager, IT and Training) Multi-skilling and continuous improvement of ability to perform other HR functions outside of primary functions.
