  Within a company of 20 employees, my experience has covered:- distribution of approximately 50 tonnes of assorted building materials each working day;- transport via lorries (26t) and vans (3.5t), up to 4 vehicles per day;- sales of assorted materials, as part of a small team, of the order of £400k per month.Examples of the responsibilities and duties include:• Management of warehouse/driver personnel and ensuring safe working practices;• Regulation of drivers routes and daily work routines;• Provision of company transport needs by allocating own transport or carrier deliveries;• Preparation and maintenance of packing areas, including casual labour and safe working;• Maintenance of progress and other charts, including weekly mechanical and other checks;• Maintenance of stock rotation, labelling of goods inwards and locations;• Supervision of weekly cleaning routines for warehouse and yard areas;• Reactive sales, via response to personal, telephone and email contacts;• Assistance with pro-active sales, via marketing support and initiatives;• Process lintel call-offs from manufacturers schedules.
