  In 2014, I implemented the Corporate Procurement Business Intelligence area focused on Market Intelligence, Costs, Processes, Performance, Project Management and support to the Supply Chain Management, managing three analysts. From 2015, I expanded my activities and began supporting S&OP and Logistics areas, consolidating all Supply Chain KPIs and gained an extended vision of Tigre’s Supply Chain, while expanding my management to five analysts.One of the main deliveries was the Strategic Intelligence Portal, first developed in Sharepoint basis, then in QlikView and now in PowerBI and QlikSense, today it is the main management tool of the Board and influences their decisions on strategic matters.This Portal enables the monitoring and evaluation of the team's performance, project status report, cost evolution of the main raw materials, market indicators, purchasing performance, support in the implementation of Strategic Sourcing methodology and monitoring of the actions foreseen in Strategic Planning.
