I have also had input at various stages of inter-departmental workscopes including, valve replacement, chromatograph replacement, pipework cut-out jobs and control building utilisation. The process of completing each job often requires site surveys and vendor liaison.Throughout this work I have used lighting calculation software and trace heating software.I have undertaken additional responsibilities, such as becoming the print champion, which is the focal point for any printing problems within the office, developed and updated the electronic material requisition template, played a large part in creating new workpack templates and created various excel spreadsheets for different departments, many of which include the use of visual basic macros. The excel spreadsheets and macros developed by me help increase visibility of various aspects of the project, and in some circumstances have led to time and cost savings.Since early 2010 I was responsible for the control of engineers completing trace heating workpacks, handling any queries, attending planning meetings and ensuring target dates are achieved for all trace heating workscopes. This role meant I had to liaise with other engineering departments, projects, planning and the client. Show less
