  My primary role was providing support to major clients for a range of technical issues. I quickly learned to cope diplomatically with demanding clients while working under constant pressure of time. The role included designing, coordinating and delivering practical training courses for clients and fellow employees throughout Europe and Asia.I was the lead European Applications Engineer for the launch of a new generation of microcontrollers.
