Build desktop applications using Windows Forms, and WPF with Prism. Develop Windows Services and other service-related apps as needed. Transitioned NSWDG from having no SharePoint site, to running SharePoint 2003, and then migrating to SharePoint (MOSS) 2007. Oversaw migration to SharePoint 2013. I was the primary person responsible for the 2003-2007 migration. This project was completed under the time budget requested by the client without additional resources. I also created custom site templates and other features for 2007 as well as 2013. Regularly build tools, libraries, and set development standards for the team.
