      Responsible for the successful deployment of the GSI ERP across all country sites, with key duties including:- Leading and coordinating site Key Users to adhere to the rollout plan, ensuring quality and timely milestones, and flagging any unmet requirements.- Gathering local site business needs within the Core Model framework and serving as the primary local contact for the IS&T organization.- Recommending local business changes to align with GSI Core Model requirements.- Informing and engaging the Site Management Committee throughout the rollout phases.- Managing all GSI Rollout phases, from pre-study and kickoff to post-go-live, in collaboration with the IS&T project team, BPO, and RBPE support.- Building and managing the Site Deployment Team (local Key Users).- Implementing Change Management actions (training, organizational updates, new ways of working) with support from RBPE/Global Change Managers.- Coordinating data cleansing activities to ensure data reliability.- Managing project issues and escalation processes at the site and regional levels.- Minimizing localization impacts while fully respecting GSI core processes.- Validating the site GSI landscape as the Business representative for deployment.- Reporting implementation progress to the site and region.- Participating as a member of the Site Management Committee during deployment.
