  I’m pleased to inform you that I started my research life from completely field level in this long research career. Thereafter, I have come here through different kinds of experiences. So, I know how to implement a project in field and also, I know how to get the desired results by collecting authentic data using properly office staffs by maintaining a liaison with govt. health facility & other organization.I have been working in my current position for two years in different project and my role and responsibilities are mentioned below-Activities: # Project management in field level: Create detailed project plan covering milestones, deliverables; Collaborate and coordinate with different departments of Health wings at local and national levels, and Coordinate with development and stakeholders at national level. # People Management: Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations; different types of local level staff for various projects; Coach Staff on how to address issues faced during field-work; Promote a spirit of collegiality amongst team members; Monitoring, Supervision & Coordination amongst team members. # Research Tools and Guidelines Development: Brainstorm research ideas with Supervisor and Reviewer; Draft tools and guidelines for study questions articulated by the team; Identify new research ideas and assist to develop proposals. # Capacity Building: Coach Field Research officers, assistant, Nurses, Medical assistant and different type of data collectors on data collection methods; Conduct workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and experiential learningAdministrative activities: Management of accounts, bills & expenditures at filed level, monitoring the budget expenditure.# Scientific analysis and knowledge creation: Assess data quality; Prepare research reports; Assist to draft publishing journals, Attend national conferences and workshops Show less
