      Room Reservations: I receive requests from staff of the Center for Leadership & Social Change, departments of the Division of Student Affairs, 30+ Partnered Student Organizations, and other RSOs across FSU campus. The Dunlap Success Center has 3 program rooms and 4 conference rooms. Anticipating internal requests for the upcoming semester, I initiate a 13 week process to compile and input reservations into EMS Lite Version 7.0. I work with contacts from the Career Center and the Globe to sort out any conflicts. I review policies from the department and Florida State University to verify that we are in accordance with our operations. Transportation: I maintain a database for the people who are van trained for the Center for Leadership & Social and update it periodically by collecting new information from the drivers. I oversee the maintenance of the 7 vans - 4 large 15-passenger vans and 3 minivans. I review our departmental policy, the University's policy, and Florida Statutes to verify that we are in accordance with our operations of the vans.Building: I submit maintenance requests for the building. I work with the Director of Finance and Administration for budget impact and maintain the security of the building. I coordinate kitchenette cleanup, organize storage rooms, and work rooms. I conduct Building Orientations for students or staff needing swipe access to the building and coordinate with the Administrative Support Assistant who submits requests for swipe access.Supervision: I directly supervise 4 staff members and co-supervise a team of 15.
