In addition, I became a Leadership and Teamwork Facilitator - from 05/1997 to 11/1997Completed training and certification with the Intercontinental Group of Bristol-Myers Squibb to present workshop sessions to work groups of all levels and divisions during 2.5-day seminars, enabling post-merger transition of culture globally. Earned the President’s Award for commitment to the Senn Delaney Leadership and Teamwork program; served on a US Pharmaceuticals task force responsible for integrating the program into sales training. Facilitated two large sessions for the US Pharmaceuticals sales force and customized a one-day session for a large cardiology group in the Syracuse District.
