  My current work involves heading the implementation of all smart metering, Head-end maintenance releases, which will enable the SMETS 1 compliance rollout, along with other significant application bug fixes - enabling higher daily install and commission rate and an enhanced read to bill performance. Additional recent tasks include collaborating with other PMs to deliver a comprehensive upgrade to operating systems across the Smart applications estate, encompassing; applications estate (94 servers), upgrade Oracle vision from Oracle 11G to 12C on Exadata along with all monitoring and reporting, also creating a new test strategy for all new application testing as well as a complete test environment renovation.
