I proposed a new Framework of task, from Twitter Data mining, pre-processing of the text tweets to normalize it, which fixes grammar, short notation used due to the tweet message character limitation. Then my lexicon algorithm based machine classifier, classifies each message based on POSITIVE, NEGATIVE sentiment found or inferred based on a Probability… Show more Research dissertation paper, in final fulfillment of the requirements for the degree.My research paper took 2 years in the making thereof. Then my lexicon algorithm based machine classifier, classifies each message based on POSITIVE, NEGATIVE sentiment found or inferred based on a Probability Algorithm I created. The Probability Algorithm increased sentiment classification by 80% more accuracy than before the implementation and use of it.I run a comparison test on accuracy between my sentiment classifier and sentinet140, which is an on-line batch API classifier. The comparison outcome was a welcome surprise to me to discover that my classifier was 60% more capable of classification. Show less
