  As a home builder I built many custom homes. I was responsible for anything hammer and nail. We did things like laying out the footers for the home, framing, roofing, siding, installation of garage doors, hardwood floors, installation of interior and exterior doors. I have also done a lot of cabinet installation as well as built numerous custom cabinetry.

  I am the supervisor of manufacturing for 6 different value streams. I am responsible for maintaining product quality as well as on time deliveries, and proper labor utilization. We operate a safety first environment and maintain a top rated safety rating. We our always looking for ways to improve the products we offer as well as the the most efficient operations to produce these products. I am the Team Lead for the Polycarbonate, Carbide, Kit Packing, Raw Materials, and Tooling departments. My responsibilities in this position are to manage the employees in these departments. I am also required to manage product flow, so that delivery due dates are met to insure customer satisfaction. I work with engineering to create prototypes of new parts for our ships. I am also responsible for the fabrication of new production tools for manufacturing. I also provide the basic maintenance of existing production tools.
