Baking demands strong organizational skills in order to finish different products that requires different processes and time, at the same time. Accuracy, efficiency and hygiene are also important aspects. At the end of the day you prepare for the next day, and mistakes tend to have a domino effect, since it concerns a time concuming production.

  I was an on-call substitute for the all the different cafés run by SiO, and thus alternated between all the different locations. I opened cafés and shops, closed, worked as a cashier, barista and prepared food in different cantines. Since the location repeatedly changed, I had to be flexible and a quick learner.

  AltUnd is a student group at NTNU that works to improve the educational quality at the University from the students perspective. We were a team of 5/6, each one representing a different faculty, and worked both individually as well as together. The work was typically divided in two; tasks given by the university administration and 'personal' projects (projects to improve educational quality based on own initiativ). The first type was typically in projects where the administration or other parts of the university such as the library, needed student representatives in the process of building up a procject. The second type could be projects created solely my us, based on personal experience. We would then get an overview of the situation, establish goals and how to get there. The other members would contribute and act as 'the devils lawyer'. I initiated several projects in relation to academic writing and how this is taught, worked to improve the bachelor program in political science and held presentations for different faculties on different aspects of student life.   Reflow was an EU horizon 2020 project, focussed on regenerative and circular material flows in urban environments, with particular focus on textiles, plastic, food, wastewater heat, energy, and wood. During the project period, six cities researched their respective material flow, and developed innovative solutions to closing the loop. I worked for the project organiser, Copenhagen Business School, where my main responsibility was to ensure the coordination between the city teams and the topic experts, to reach the project goals and fulfil the deliverables. I was also responsible for the collaboration with externals, organising the final conference, and developing the business model for the consultancy created to take the project learnings and findings further after the end of the project.
