      During my internship with Espaço Telassa I was responsible for leading tours around Pico Island in the Azores, including mountain guiding up Pico mountain. I also participated in sea kayak tours and worked in customer service in the shop, as well as the restaurant and hotel owned by the company.

I became recognised as one of the leading tour guides in the region, responsible for working with international tour agents to plan and deliver premium tour packages. My responsibilities also included training new guides and interns and transferring guests around the island. I have also worked in sales for the company, selling various activities to guests on São Miguel Island.
