  Lead and manage the APAC team (10 team members) delivering high quality quotations for seals & auxiliary systems to the OEM's/EPC's requirements located in APAC as well the clean order transfers to the Operational team for smooth execution of orders.• Support Project and Industrial Pump OEM’s in APAC with technical-commercial quotations in line with API requirements of specifications of EPC's and End Users for Mechanical Seals and Auxiliaries/Systems;• Drive Flowserve mechanical seals and systems offering in a wide variety of industries such as Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Energy, Slurry, General Industries.• Support Flowserve diversification and energy transition strategy• Increase the Flowserve mechanical seals installations across APAC OEM base including pumps, mixers, compressors and a wide range of specialty equipment• Accountable to support the development and maintenance of all policies and procedures related to OE Seals, including related training.• Effective collaboration with Platform, Operation & Sales leadership to maintain alignment and define strategies which support achieving the booking plans for the region. • Develop pricing initiatives and partner with Advanced Procurement to achieve market level pricing and Operations to create investment proposals to win strategic projects for Flowserve.• Develop& implement processes, operational guidelines and best practices for Commercial Operations APAC • Collaboration with cross-functional departments for process improvement and developments.
