  As an International Client Manager, my core responsibilities are building, developing and maintaining a strategic relationship with an aim to establish a global long-term partnership between Cigna, our client base and brokers. I am the main point of contact for global HR and mobility departments of international organizations regarding medical and non-medical benefit packages for their expatriate population. Other duties involve updating clients and brokers on contractual developments, new solutions, opportunities that will benefit their expatriate population and manage the expectations from the clients in my portfolio. I am fully responsible for analysing and presenting the contract performance, negotiating the renewal conditions and retention of the contract.
