The headquarters includes offices for an average of 1,000 employees, with the associated amenities, including cafeterias, prayer rooms and private VIP entrance with a total cost of 74.8 million Kuwait Dinar Components:• Eight Basement Levels for Automated Car Park and MEP services for the Tower.• Ground Floor which contains the general and VIP entrance for the building as well as access to the automated car park platforms.• 41 Floors containing offices, meeting rooms and mixed amenities. • 4 Floors for Mechanical Services.• Lower and Upper Roof for building services.
