      Honourable Mention in the Association of Professional Futurists (APF) IF Awards 2023 Association of Professional Futurists Jan 2024 The Edinburgh Futures Institute’s Utopia Lab team led by Jennifer Williams, Matjaz Vidmar, and Gintare Kylute were chosen as one of 13 Honourable Mentions in the APF IF awards, out of a ‘record-breaking’ 106 submissions from futurists and foresights practitioners globally.

      Shortlisted Essay, ESRC and SAGE "World in 2065"​ Competition ESRC and SAGE Nov 2015 In celebration of our 50th anniversary, the ESRC in partnership with SAGE, launched a writing competition to celebrate and foster science writing skills in our next generation of social scientists.The prize encouraged ESRC-funded PhD students to take a creative leap forward to 2065 to envisage how their research or discipline will change the world. The awards ceremony was held at the House of Commons on 10 November 2015.
